This 30 minute spontaneous composition was recorded live on the 6th of June 2012. It was performed by Stephen Benson, Marc Gillen and David Thompson with additional mixing and post production by Alastair Popple.
The first of three improvised recordings that day, "The Dead West Tapes" is a single recording split into two tracks. Created using sound collage and instruments. Ambient, minimal, soundscape, drone and sound effects.
An extremely limited edition cassette is also available from Bandcamp.
